TURBAT: The University of Turbat (UoT) announced that two of its scholars have successfully defended their research theses in Biochemistry and Management Sciences.
Mr. Yasir Ali, an MPhil scholar in Biochemistry, presented his research under the supervision of Dr. Jahangir Khan Achakzai, Assistant Professor, UoT. His defense was evaluated by Dr. Muhammad Kabir of Thal University, Bhakkar, who joined as the external examiner via video link.
Similarly, Ms. Muhraz, an MS scholar in Management Sciences, defended her thesis supervised by Dr. Muhammad Tahir Badini, Assistant Professor, UoT. Dr. Balach Rasheed, Associate Professor of Economics at LUAWMS Uthal, served as the external examiner through video link.
The defense sessions were attended by senior faculty and officials, including Dr. Naeemullah, Dean Faculty of Science, Engineering & IT, Dr. Adeel Ahmed, Dean Faculty of Business & Economics, and Dr. Waseem Barkat, Director of Graduate Studies.
A UoT spokesperson added that admissions are now open across multiple programs, including MS/MPhil/PhD, undergraduate, associate degree, and post-associate degree (5th semester) programs, as well as self-finance schemes.
