Balochistan Government Renames Loralai College in Honor of Shaheed Captain Waqar Kakr

Loralai, 23 September 2025 – Following instructions from the Chief Minister and the Higher Education Commission, Balochistan Residential College (BRC) Loralai has been officially renamed Shaheed Captain Waqar Kakr Residential College. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the deceased officer’s family, local officials, and tribal elders.
