Quetta: WASA Steps Up to Address Water Shortage

QUETTA — In an effort to ease the capital’s chronic water crisis, the Water and Sanitation Authority (WASA) has reactivated over 20 tube wells, repaired old supply lines, and accelerated the laying of new pipelines in multiple neighborhoods.

Citizens welcomed these measures but emphasized the need for sustainable, long-term projects to resolve Quetta’s water woes once and for all.
