Sindh Government Investing in Business-Friendly Environment: CM
Murad Ali Shah stressed that the government is prioritizing facilitation for citizens and job creation through reliable power supply

KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has reaffirmed his government’s commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment, highlighting ongoing investments in industrial parks, transport, logistics, and renewable energy projects.
Speaking at the 55th Annual Awards Ceremony of the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI), the CM lauded the association’s more than five decades of service to Sindh’s industrial progress. He congratulated KATI’s leadership and members for their contributions since 1970, calling the ceremony a tribute to their outstanding journey of innovation, hard work, and environmental responsibility.
Murad Ali Shah stressed that the government is prioritizing facilitation for citizens and job creation through reliable power supply, streamlined regulations, and removal of bureaucratic hurdles. “These measures will not only accelerate growth but also create vast economic opportunities for industrialists and workers alike,” he said.
He assured KATI of full provincial government support, stating that a prosperous Sindh is a shared goal of both the government and industry. Despite seasonal challenges, infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and other development schemes will be completed to ensure public convenience and employment opportunities.
The CM further noted that social welfare programs are underway to support underprivileged communities, with health and education services remaining top priorities. He emphasized that development is only possible with peace, underscoring continued collaboration with law enforcement agencies to strengthen law and order in Sindh.
