Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court, Justice Rozi Khan Bareech, has taken an important judicial reform initiative by establishing two special appellate courts in Quetta to exclusively hear inheritance-related cases.
According to the notification, Additional District and Sessions Judge-VIII and Judge-X Quetta have been designated to handle inheritance matters to ensure timely and transparent disposal of such cases.
All pending inheritance cases from other courts will now be transferred to these designated courts for efficient adjudication.
Chief Justice Bareech stated that the establishment of special courts will help ensure speedy justice, transparency, and public confidence in the judicial process, marking a significant step toward comprehensive judicial reforms in Balochistan.
