KHUZDAR, Oct 5 (Special Report):
A major political and social movement has been announced in Khuzdar under the banner of “Khuzdar to Quetta Long March”, scheduled for Wednesday, October 15. The march aims to raise a strong voice against corruption, injustice, and the alleged exploitation of valuable mineral resources in the region.

Organizers of the march have demanded that corruption be declared a crime equivalent to terrorism, emphasizing that those involved in looting the province’s mineral wealth—particularly in connection with Bolān Mining Company Khuzdar—must be held accountable.

The Balochistan National Party (Awami) and Sunni Tehreek Pakistan have officially announced their support for the long march, describing it as a movement to protect the rights and resources of the people of Balochistan.

Leaders of the campaign under the banner of Tehreek-e-Difa Ferozabad said the march would symbolize the public’s determination to fight corruption, resist exploitation, and demand transparency in mineral development projects.

Slogans of “Chalo, Chalo — Khuzdar to Quetta!” are being echoed across the city as preparations intensify for what is expected to be a large-scale protest demanding justice, accountability, and economic fairness for the people of Balochistan.
