Telenor Pakistan Introduces WhatsApp-Based SIM and Service Management for Seamless Digital Connectivity Nationwide

Telenor Pakistan has taken a major step in its digital transformation journey by launching a WhatsApp-based SIM purchase, replacement, and bundle subscription service, revolutionizing how customers experience mobile connectivity.

This new platform offers a simple, secure, and contactless process to purchase or replace SIMs and manage bundles directly via WhatsApp—without the need to visit retail outlets. The service reflects Telenor Pakistan’s commitment to customer convenience and innovation in the digital era.

Through this end-to-end digital solution, customers can initiate a chat on WhatsApp at UAN: 051 111-345-100, select their city, choose a preferred number and bundle, submit necessary details and payment, and have the SIM delivered securely to their doorstep. Biometric verification will be performed at the time of delivery to ensure compliance and data security.

Meanwhile, the bundle recharge facility is accessible nationwide, providing a smooth and familiar experience for both urban and semi-urban customers.
