Khuzdar Engineering University Students Visit Major Industrial Units for Practical Training

KHUZDAR, Oct. 26: Students of Balochistan University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) Khuzdar visited leading industrial enterprises in Karachi and Hub, marking another milestone in the university’s commitment to practical education.
The delegation toured Expo Board Software House, LIDHA Hub Industrial Zone, Candy Land Factory, and DG Cement Factory, where students observed modern machinery and industrial operations firsthand.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Maqsood Ahmed’s visionary leadership has elevated BUET Khuzdar to national prominence. Registrar Syed Jalal Shah’s administrative excellence and the OORIC Directorate’s Israr Raisani’s efforts were highlighted for making the visit a success.
Engineer Farhan Magsi supervised the tour, which provided students invaluable exposure to cutting-edge technologies and industrial practices—preparing them for competitive engineering careers.
