GILGIT, Oct 26 — The Supreme Appellate Court of Gilgit-Baltistan disposed of 42 cases between October 13 and 24 under the supervision of Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Shamim Khan.
According to official data, 1,336 cases are currently pending at the Gilgit office, while 158 cases are under hearing at the Skardu Registry.
The court remains committed to ensuring speedy and affordable justice to the people of Gilgit-Baltistan.
Notably, the bench comprises three judges; however, Chief Justice Shamim Khan is currently presiding over proceedings single-handedly
