One person was killed and another injured in a motorcycle collision near Chitti Mitti, Samahni, late Saturday evening.
According to the Rescue 1122 Samahni spokesperson, the control room received an emergency call at 4:00 PM on November 1, 2025, reporting a road accident involving two motorcycles. Rescue teams immediately reached the site with an ambulance, provided first aid to the injured, and shifted them to THQ Hospital Samahni.
Due to critical injuries, one of the victims, Muhammad Munir, was referred to DHQ Hospital Bhimber, where he succumbed to his injuries. Following legal formalities, the body was brought back to THQ Samahni and later handed over to family members in village Seri Bandala.
Rescue 1122 has urged citizens to follow traffic safety rules and adopt protective measures while driving motorcycles to prevent loss of precious lives.
