Islamabad: The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has prepared digital wallet accounts for all eligible women beneficiaries across Pakistan. The next phase of SIM distribution will commence from November 17, 2025, on a phased basis at the tehsil level.
SIMs will be provided at designated BISP locations, including BTOs, DRCs, and MRVs, with representatives from telecom companies present on-site. Beneficiaries will receive SIMs only after biometric verification (BVS Verification) to ensure that the digital wallet accounts are issued securely to eligible women.
Women who are ineligible, have blocked accounts, or have received official notifications from the government will not receive SIMs.
Important Note:
Women whose CNICs already have five registered SIMs are requested to block one old SIM to activate the new BISP-issued SIM without issues. To check the number of SIMs registered on a CNIC, send your CNIC number (without dashes) via SMS to 668.
Beneficiaries are advised to collect SIMs only from official BISP camp sites or offices and never share personal information or funds with unauthorized persons.
BISP emphasizes that this initiative is aimed at ensuring convenience, transparency, and secure financial access for women beneficiaries.
