Outlaws Tighten Grip in Naseerabad as Police Allegedly Fail to Respond — Residents Chase Down Bandits, Recover Tractor and Capture Suspect
Independent Report
Naseerabad, November 16, 2025: Law and order concerns deepened in Naseerabad after armed bandits reportedly struck again late Sunday night. According to local sources, around 11 p.m., armed men overpowered tractor driver Ghaus Bakhsh Tenyu, tied his hands and feet, and snatched his tractor at gunpoint before fleeing the scene.
Following the incident, members of the Tenyu community and local residents pursued the bandits on their own. They managed to recover the stolen tractor near the Konri area and apprehended one of the armed suspects.
Residents alleged that despite repeated calls, both the Saddar Police and Chhattar Police failed to reach the scene in time. They claim that even after nearly 12 hours, Naseerabad Police did not take prompt action, raising serious questions about the force’s efficiency and response.
According to witnesses, the gang opened fire on members of the Tenyu community in an attempt to free their captured accomplice and re-snatch the tractor. Meanwhile, the police remained noticeably absent from the confrontation.
The Tenyu community and area residents have called on the DIG Naseerabad, the IG Police Balochistan, and other senior authorities to take immediate notice of the situation. They have demanded stern action against police negligence and urgent measures to restore law and order in the region
