Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Monday strongly condemned the terrorist attack targeting the Federal Constabulary (FC) Headquarters in Peshawar’s Saddar area.
In a statement issued by the Governor’s Office, he praised the swift and courageous response of FC personnel, noting that their action successfully thwarted the assault. He paid tribute to the three FC personnel who were martyred in the incident and prayed for the elevation of their ranks, extending condolences to their families.
The governor also expressed good wishes for the early recovery of the injured personnel.
Kundi said cowardly attacks cannot weaken the nation’s resolve against terrorism, adding that the people of Pakistan stand united with their security forces in the ongoing fight against militancy.
