Loralai, November 24–25, 2025: DIG Loralai Range, Junaid Ahmed Sheikh, registered FIRs and arrested four police officers involved in corruption and drug protection, securing a four-day judicial remand. The DIG emphasized that criminal and corrupt elements have no place in the police force and strict action will continue.
In a separate anti-narcotics operation, Commissioner Loralai Division Wali Muhammad Bagich received a briefing on the destruction of 15 acres of poppy crops across Dhand, Shah Karez Khadrzai, and Ghulam Haider Karez. The operation included dismantling irrigation systems and solar panels, with FIRs filed against the offenders, who are being placed on the Fourth Schedule of criminal records. The Commissioner directed daily joint operations to safeguard youth from narcotics.
