PPP Candidates in Quetta Municipal Elections to Ensure Public Service, Transparent Polls

Quetta: Parliamentary Secretary for Transport and PPP leader, Zargoon Town Chairman Mir Liaquat Lehari, has affirmed that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is committed to the welfare of Quetta city residents. Party candidates will work diligently to ensure public service and a transparent electoral process in the upcoming local government elections.

Speaking at Loha House, Quetta, during the submission of nomination forms by candidates seeking PPP tickets from various union councils and wards linked to Zargoon and Chiltan Towns, Mir Liaquat Lehari stated that the party aims to provide active representatives in every union council and ward to address public issues.

The event was attended by PPP Quetta Division President Khair Muhammad Tarin, central leaders Haji Naseebullah Achakzai, Ehsanullah Afghan, Quetta City General Secretary Nemat Lala, Information Secretary Akbar Khan Tarin, Senior Vice President Syed Ayub Agha, Vice President Zubair Khan Barich, Deputy General Secretary Dad Muhammad Khundi, and other senior party figures.

Mir Liaquat Lehari emphasized that PPP has always been a genuine party for the people, raising its voice for citizens’ rights. He added that the party’s candidates, driven by a spirit of service, are expected to secure victory in the Quetta local elections, with the city’s mayor likely to be a PPP loyalist.
