Deputy Commissioner Minar Ahmad Durani chaired a key meeting on the district polio campaign in Qalat. The session included Additional Deputy Commissioner Shah Nawaz Baloch, Acting DHO Dr. Iqbal Naurzai, Disease Surveillance Officer Dr. Noroz Baloch, DSP Manzoor Mengal, and representatives from WHO and health departments. The campaign, running from 15–18 December 2025, will target 39,636 children in 19 union councils across two tehsils of Qalat. The Deputy Commissioner emphasized public awareness, community participation, and strict monitoring to ensure that no child is left unvaccinated. High-performing teams will be recognized for their contributions.
