Quetta – National Party central leader and Deputy Parliamentary Leader in Balochistan Assembly Mir Rehmat Saleh Baloch stressed that disabled persons are an active and honorable part of society. Ignoring their needs constitutes a national loss.
He highlighted that in underdeveloped regions like Balochistan, the disabled often lack access to education, healthcare, employment, and mobility facilities. He urged strict enforcement of reserved quotas in education and jobs, and the establishment of special schools, rehabilitation centers, and welfare programs. Saleh Baloch emphasized that the National Party remains committed to advocating for the rights and welfare of persons with disabilities and called for increased budget allocation to economically and socially empower them.
