A secret meeting held on the evening of 23 November at the upscale Dorchester Hotel in London’s Mayfair district has exposed a large, organized propaganda network targeting Pakistan. The meeting reportedly involved PTI leaders Zulfi Bukhari, Jahangir Cheeko, Anil Musrat, and Shehzad Akbar, alongside officers from the Indian intelligence agency.

Sources reveal that Zulfi Bukhari received £100,000, along with social media drafts, fabricated allegations, and edited visual content. These materials were intended to be disseminated through PTI-linked active accounts and troll networks to run coordinated campaigns involving fake videos, doctored photos, defamatory tweets, and pseudonymous X accounts.

The primary objective of the campaign was to target Pakistan’s military leadership, which had thwarted an Indian plan in May. Given PTI’s existing engagement in similar campaigns, the interests of both parties aligned—India’s retaliation and PTI’s internal political agenda.

Interestingly, a silent witness was present during the meeting—not a reporter or analyst, but a national security operative who collected CCTV footage, internal records, and time-stamped logs. These materials now serve as undeniable evidence of the plot.

The revelations underline the coordinated and financed nature of efforts to malign Pakistan from abroad, exposing a clear nexus between foreign intelligence operations and domestic political actors.
