According to the CTD Punjab spokesperson, the arrested RAW operatives were found with photographs, videos, and location data of sensitive sites and key institutions. Among the materials recovered were images and videos of a madrassa and a public fair, indicating plans to target civilian areas.
The spokesperson said terrorists arrested from Faisalabad intended to spread fear and religious hatred across Punjab.
