Bilal Khan Kakar, Vice Chairman of the Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade (BBOIT), has highlighted that the upcoming Business Facilitation Center (BFC) reflects Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti’s vision to modernize and simplify the province’s business environment. The initiative aims to provide investors with easier access to services while boosting economic activity and positioning Balochistan as an emerging commercial hub.

Speaking at a review meeting on BFC preparations, Bilal Khan Kakar said the center is a milestone in advancing the Pakistan Regulatory Modernization Initiative and the provincial government’s digitization agenda. He emphasized that the BFC will offer all business licenses, NOCs, certificates, and permits under one roof through a unified digital platform, reducing bureaucratic delays and enhancing transparency.

He added that real-time tracking, automated processes, and a robust grievance redressal mechanism will strengthen investor confidence, foster new business ventures, create employment, and accelerate economic growth. Bilal Khan Kakar directed authorities to complete all preparations on schedule to enable early operationalization of the center.
