Mr. Qaim Lashari, Chief Executive Officer of the Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade (BBOIT), met with Mr. Sardar Tahir Mahmood, President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI). During the meeting, discussions were held on promoting mutual cooperation, exploring investment opportunities, and strengthening linkages between the business communities.

Mr. Qaim Lashari, Chief Executive Officer of the Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade (BBOIT), met with Mr. Sardar Tahir Mahmood, President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI). During the meeting, discussions were held on promoting mutual cooperation, exploring investment opportunities, and strengthening linkages between the business communities.
Both sides agreed to enhance business activities through close coordination and effective cooperation in the future. Emphasis was placed on joint initiatives in the fields of investment, trade, industrial development, and business facilitation.
CEO BBOIT Mr. Qaim Lashari briefed the ICCI President on the facilities being provided to investors in Balochistan, along with government incentives and investment-friendly policy measures. He stated that the Government of Balochistan is fully committed to providing a conducive environment for investors and is extending all possible support to both local and foreign investors.
He further informed that, for the first time, a Business Facilitation Center is being established in Balochistan, which will serve as a historic step toward promoting investment and trade activities in the province. He added that efforts are underway to make the investment process easier, faster, and more transparent.
On the occasion, ICCI President Mr. Sardar Tahir Mahmood expressed keen interest in the vast investment potential of Balochistan and reaffirmed his commitment to encouraging the Islamabad business community to invest in the province. He described Balochistan’s natural resources and emerging economic opportunities as vital for the country’s economic growth.
