IG Motorway Police Launches Live E-Khuli Katchery to Resolve Public Complaints

Islamabad, 23 December 2025: Inspector General of National Highways & Motorway Police, Sultan Ahmed Chaudhry, conducted his first live E-Khuli Katchery since assuming office, broadcast simultaneously on FM-95 Radio and NHMP’s official Facebook page.
During the session, IG Chaudhry personally listened to citizens’ and employees’ concerns and issued immediate directives to officers for prompt resolution. He highlighted the NHMP’s ongoing commitment to road safety, urging travelers to strictly follow traffic rules and adhere to travel advisories during the fog season. Citizens were advised to check real-time updates through Helpline 130 or official NHMP social media handles @nhmp before commencing their journeys.
The IG praised the dedicated efforts of NHMP officers, noting that effective policing and proactive interventions have significantly reduced traffic accidents on national highways and motorways. He described the E-Khuli Katchery as a transparent and efficient platform for direct public engagement, quick issue resolution, and strengthened accountability.
IG Chaudhry also emphasized initiatives for employee welfare, promotions, and manpower optimization. Reaffirming the NHMP’s core mission, he stressed that public service, timely assistance, and safe travel remain the highest priority, and all available resources are being deployed to ensure convenience and security for commuters nationwide.
