KARACHI: Sindh Inspector General of Police, Ghulam Nabi Memon, inaugurated the Traffic Helpline 1915 at the Central Police Office and the SSP Traffic South Office at South Artillery Maidan, Karachi.

The inauguration was attended by Additional IG Karachi, DIGs Traffic, Training, SSPs Traffic South, AVL C, PDIT, and other senior officers. DIG Traffic Karachi briefed officials on the newly digitalized 1915 helpline and the SSP Traffic South office.

With the digitalization of Traffic 1915, citizens can now easily access information about their e-challans from home. The IG noted that modernized offices enhance the efficiency of traffic police, and e-challan facilitation centers are playing an effective role post-launch.

The Traffic Helpline 1915 provides citizens with instant guidance and grievance redressal, strengthening communication between the public and traffic authorities. IG Memon emphasized that the helpline will operate 24/7, reinforcing public service and traffic discipline as key priorities for Sindh Police.
