Quetta: Quetta Police have achieved a major breakthrough against motorcycle theft with the arrest of seven suspects and the recovery of 12 stolen motorcycles along with 14 motorcycle frames. The development was shared by SP Sadar Syed Talal Ahmed Shah during a press briefing.
According to police, the arrests were made during targeted operations in different parts of the city based on intelligence inputs. Several of the recovered motorcycles have already been returned to their rightful owners, while verification of the remaining vehicles is underway.
SP Sadar said further investigations are in progress, and more recoveries and disclosures are expected as the probe moves forward. He reiterated that protecting citizens’ lives and property remains a top priority for Quetta Police.
The police officer also urged the public to cooperate with law enforcement by promptly reporting suspicious activities, stressing that community support plays a vital role in preventing crime and maintaining peace across the city.
