Sukkur – Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) has announced a scheduled power shutdown in various areas of Sukkur, Ghotki, Johi and Naushahro Feroze on Sunday, January 04, 2026, due to essential maintenance work.
According to a SEPCO spokesperson, electricity supply will remain suspended on 24 feeders during approved shutdown hours. From the 132 kV Sukkur City Grid Station, power will be cut from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm in areas including Mir Masoom Shah, Minara Road, Pakistan Railway, High Court Road, Queens Road, Mission Road, Dolphin Road and Clock Tower.
Similarly, from the 132 kV Ghotki Grid Station, power supply will remain suspended from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in Shahi Bazar, Adilpur, Rehmoo Wali, Industrial Area, Station Road and Kacho Bindi. Areas connected to the 132 kV Johi Grid Station, including Haji Khan, Johi City, Kamal Khan and Drigh Bala, will also face outages during the same hours.
In Naushahro Feroze, power supply from the 132 kV Grid Station will remain suspended from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in Abran, Bhiriya City-1, NSF City-1, Bhorti, Manjath and NSF City-2.
SEPCO has apologized for the inconvenience and stated that electricity will be restored immediately after completion of maintenance work.
