The “Suthra Loralai” cleanliness campaign is continuing successfully across different areas of the city under the special directives of Loralai Division Commissioner Wali Muhammad Baloch and Chief Officer Municipal Committee Loralai.
For the past month, municipal staff have been carrying out daily cleaning operations in various zones to improve sanitation and enhance the city’s overall appearance. In the Saleem Dad Complaint Zone, complete cleaning of drains was conducted in Murghi Khana Mohalla. In Khallu Zone, garbage was removed from Bagri Maidan and Hanzala Mosque Road using carrier vehicles. Meanwhile, in Baran Zone, drains were cleaned and waste transported from Kaddi Mohalla and Khan Gali through tractor trolleys.
Officials said the effective use of modern machinery and municipal transport had significantly improved waste management and cleanliness standards across the city.
Residents and representatives of social circles expressed satisfaction with the arrangements and appreciated the municipal administration’s efforts. They emphasized that visible improvements in hygiene had positively impacted public health and the urban environment.
Citizens urged authorities to continue the campaign on a permanent basis and expand it to more localities. They maintained that coordinated efforts between the administration and the public could transform Loralai into a clean, healthy, and environmentally friendly city.
