Quetta, January 6: Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Bugti assured full protection for minority communities and government-backed development and maintenance of their religious sites. Speaking to a delegation led by Senator Dinesh Kumar, CM Bugti emphasized that all religious groups in Balochistan enjoy equal rights, and the government is committed to safeguarding their cultural and religious heritage. Discussions covered the master plan for ongoing and proposed projects at Hinglaj Mata Mandir and allocation of required land. The CM directed immediate release of approved funds and timely provision of land for the projects. The delegation, including Senator Dinesh Kumar, Provincial Assembly member Sanjay Kumar, Chief Secretary Shakil Qadir Khan, and senior officials, also congratulated CM Bugti on the Chief of Bugti’s turban ceremony, presenting flowers and best wishes. The initiative reflects the provincial government’s focus on promoting inclusivity, religious tolerance, and preservation of heritage across Balochistan.
