Quetta, Jan 08:
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Mayor of Quetta Rahim Kakar has expressed confidence that party chairman Imran Khan will soon return among the public, bringing justice for party workers and accountability for those who harmed the party.
Speaking alongside senior PTI leaders and legal figures, Rahim Kakar said the time of accountability was approaching for those responsible for filing what he termed “bogus cases” against thousands of PTI workers. He claimed that the party had emerged as Pakistan’s largest political force despite political pressure and arrests.
Kakar stated that Imran Khan’s return would strengthen party organization, which had suffered due to arrests, false FIRs, and political victimization. He added that those responsible for unlawful detentions, disrespect of homes, and suppression of political workers would not escape accountability.
PTI leaders reaffirmed unity within party ranks and said that loyal workers would lead the party’s reorganization. They expressed hope that Imran Khan’s leadership would once again energize the party and its supporters across Pakistan and beyond.
