LAHORE, Jan 16: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has said ensuring a completely peaceful and crime-free province remains a top priority.
She expressed grief over the martyrdom of SHO Sub-Inspector Amir Rizwan, killed during an alleged police encounter in Sargodha, and offered condolences to the family. The Chief Minister praised the sacrifices of police and security personnel, describing them as a source of pride for the nation, and reiterated the government’s commitment to fully supporting law enforcement agencies in maintaining public safety.
