Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has urged franchises to increase player salaries in PSL 11, highlighting that player compensation should reflect growing team values. During the PSL Governing Council meeting, he suggested conducting player auctions so franchises can strategically select talent. He emphasized providing equal opportunities to two new franchises entering the league this year. The meeting included all eight team owners, PCB officials, and PSL executives, focusing on player retention, draft systems, and direct signings. Naqvi stressed that fair remuneration will attract top players, enhance competition, and ensure long-term league growth. His recommendations aim to create a financially transparent and competitive environment while safeguarding players’ interests
