ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Ambassador to France, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, has underscored the depth and diversity of relations between
Pakistan and France and the wider francophone world while addressing an event of the Association of Pakistani Francophone Professionals (PPRF) at the Embassy of Pakistan.
Speaking on the occasion, the Ambassador said that while governments establish frameworks and agreements, it is people—professionals, academics, entrepreneurs and civil society leaders—who bring bilateral relationships to life through sustained engagement and cooperation.
She appreciated the role of PPRF in promoting professional networking and cultural exchanges, noting that such initiatives help connect Francophone Pakistanis with French society. These efforts, she added, play a vital role in strengthening people-to-people links and fostering mutual understanding between Pakistan and France.
