Karachi: Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghadam, has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic fire incident at Gul Plaza in Karachi that claimed the lives of at least fourteen people.
In his message, the ambassador said he was deeply saddened to learn about the incident, which resulted in the loss of “precious Pakistani brothers and sisters.” He extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and offered prayers for patience and strength for those who lost their loved ones.
Ambassador Moghadam also prayed for the safe and speedy recovery of all those injured in the fire. Paying tribute to emergency responders, he lauded the courage and dedication of rescue teams and police personnel, and prayed for their strength, success, and protection as they carried out their duties during the difficult time.
