Islamabad – Two cases related to the Haqiqi Azadi March were officially filed against the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in the Islamabad District Court. Judicial Magistrate Azhar Nadeem presided over the hearings, with the accused’s legal team arguing that multiple co-accused had already been acquitted in 2022. The court accepted the filing, noting pending anticipatory bail requests and procedural compliance requirements. These cases are registered under Kohsar Police Station and mark a continuation of judicial scrutiny surrounding political assemblies and public protests.
