Khuzdar: Tension gripped the Wadh area of Khuzdar district after two people, including a tribal elder, were killed in separate firing incidents by unknown armed assailants. According to local sources, the first incident occurred in Wadh where tribal leader Mir Ghulam Haider Daulat Khanzae was targeted and killed on the spot.
In another incident, Abdul Raheem, son of Abdul Wahid, belonging to the Khidrani tribe and resident of Kullah Baint, was shot dead in the same area. Following the attacks, fear and uncertainty spread among residents, while law enforcement agencies rushed to the scene and shifted the bodies to hospital for legal formalities.
It is noteworthy that only a day earlier, two more residents of Wadh were killed in similar incidents, highlighting a troubling pattern of violence in the area. Locals expressed serious concern over the deteriorating law and order situation and demanded immediate action to arrest the culprits. Authorities have launched investigations, while security has been heightened to prevent further incidents.
