ZIARAT, February 11, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Ziarat, Abdul Quddus Achakzai, conducted an unannounced visit to the examination center at Government Degree College Ziarat amid the ongoing annual matriculation exams, reviewing arrangements to ensure full transparency, discipline, and student welfare.
He was accompanied by District Education Officer Latifullah Gharshin and Tehsildar Ziarat Noor Ahmed Panezai. During the inspection, DC Achakzai checked candidates’ exam slips and assessed the availability of essential facilities, including clean drinking water, security measures, and general amenities.
Meeting with the examination center in-charge and staff, he stressed the need to maintain a completely fair, peaceful, and cheat-free environment. He warned that any negligence or malpractice would be met with strict legal action.
The Deputy Commissioner instructed the Education Department to provide all necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience for students. Officers were directed to monitor the centers daily, address complaints immediately, and guarantee proper heating and adequate furniture for examinees.
DC Achakzai emphasized that no lapse in these arrangements would be tolerated, underscoring the administration’s commitment to upholding merit, transparency, and the welfare of students during the examination period.
