Sibi, February 16: Under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner Sibi Mansoor Ali Shah and Wing Commander Colonel Zubair, the district administration formally opened tenders for development projects under BSDI Phase Two, managed by the UPN&D Department.
The tender opening ceremony saw the participation of Executive Engineer UPN&D Raziq Mari, Executive Engineer Irrigation Khadim Hussain Chandio, and other relevant officials. Following the opening, officials initiated a detailed scrutiny of contractors’ technical and financial documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Authorities emphasized that every stage of the procurement process will strictly adhere to Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) rules and regulations. Only contractors meeting merit-based criteria will be awarded the projects, ensuring accountability and transparency.
The district administration reiterated its commitment to upholding quality standards, transparency, and timely completion of all development initiatives, aiming to provide residents with improved infrastructure and essential services.
