Angoor Adda Border Terminal Completed in Record 30 Days, Paving Way for Economic Growth in South Waziristan

South Waziristan, Oct 3, In a landmark achievement for the region, the National Logistics Corporation (NLC) has completed the construction of the Angoor Adda Border Terminal in a record 30 days, fulfilling the long-standing demand of local tribes.

The terminal, located at South Waziristan’s border, has been made fully functional with modern infrastructure and a digital management system. Despite severe challenges and the absence of basic facilities, NLC executed the project successfully through the expertise of skilled local workers.

The facility includes offices and residential amenities for Customs, FIA, Plant Protection, and other government departments. It is expected to provide a strong economic foundation for local communities, enabling faster and easier export of local produce to Afghanistan and other regional countries.

Officials say the Angoor Adda Border Terminal will not only strengthen the local economy but also promote social and economic development across the region.
