Innocent Heer’s Killer Neutralized in Shaheed Benazirabad Police Encounter — SSP Shabir Ahmed Sethar Commends Team’s Swift Action

SHAHEED BENAZIRABAD, October 9, 2025:
In a swift and decisive action under the direct supervision of SSP Shaheed Benazirabad Shabir Ahmed Sethar, police neutralized the brutal killer of the innocent minor girl Heer in an encounter within the jurisdiction of Sakrand Police Station. The accused, who had mercilessly mutilated the child by cutting her ears and arm before killing her, was sent to his final fate during a police operation.

According to details, the heinous murder of little Heer two days ago had shocked the entire region. Immediately upon receiving the report, SSP Shabir Ahmed Sethar initiated a thorough investigation and constituted a special police team. Through CCTV footage analysis and advanced technical geo-fencing, the team successfully traced and identified the suspect.

When the police attempted to arrest him, the accused opened fire on the raiding team. The police responded with professionalism and courage, killing the perpetrator in the ensuing exchange of fire.

SSP Shabir Ahmed Sethar praised the swift and effective police response, stating:
