Rawalpindi, 18 October 2025 (ISPR):
The passing-out parade of cadets from the 152nd PMA Long Course, 71st Integrated Course, 26th Lady Cadet Course, and 37th Technical Graduate Course was held today at the prestigious Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul.
Cadets from friendly countries — Iraq, Palestine, Qatar, Mali, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Yemen, Bangladesh, and Nigeria — also graduated.
Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, Chief of Army Staff, reviewed the parade as chief guest and awarded medals to the distinguished cadets.
> “It is a matter of immense pride to review the passing-out parade at this historic institution,” the Army Chief said, congratulating Pakistani and foreign cadets alike.
“Since independence, the Pakistan Armed Forces, with the unwavering support of the nation, have ensured the defence of our homeland against all external and internal threats.”
Field Marshal Asim Munir highlighted the success of recent Operation “Ma’raka-e-Haq / Bunyan-e-Mursas”, during which Pakistan’s forces demonstrated unmatched professionalism and resolve, defeating the enemy and strengthening public confidence.
He noted that Pakistan’s military capability in multi-domain warfare had been clearly established, with precision strikes neutralising several enemy bases, including advanced S-400 systems, and downing Rafale jets during professional engagements.
The COAS reaffirmed that Pakistan’s defence doctrine rests upon credible deterrence, national unity, and constant preparedness.
He praised the youth and armed forces as the “steel wall of the nation’s pride.”
> “By the grace of Allah and the resilience of our people, Pakistan has once again triumphed over an enemy intoxicated by its false sense of superiority,” he said.
“I salute every soldier, sailor, airman, and the brave citizens — men, women, and children — who have sacrificed for this sacred motherland. Not an inch of this soil will ever be compromised.”
He extended tribute to war veterans, national leadership, bureaucracy, scholars, scientists, media, and the education sector, describing them as integral pillars of national strength.
The event concluded with an inspiring display of military discipline and national spirit, reflecting Pakistan’s enduring faith in its defenders.
