Quetta: Arbab Rab Nawaz Kasi, responding to a video circulating on social media, clarified that the land in Killi Ahmad Khanzai, where Afghan refugees had been residing, is the personal property of him and his family. He stated that the land was rented to the refugees, while the construction debris of the houses had been built by the refugees themselves.
He further explained that with the government’s ongoing process of repatriation, Afghan refugees in Killi Ahmad Khanzai are returning to their home country, and this process is continuing. Arbab Rab Nawaz emphasized that no part of the land has been sold to any Afghan refugee.
He also warned citizens that no one is authorized to purchase the debris of these houses for personal residence, urging caution in this matter.
