Lahore, February 22, 2026:
The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has unveiled a state-of-the-art online complaint tracking system for cases registered through Helpline-15, further reinforcing its commitment to timely justice, improved service delivery, and institutional transparency. This initiative aims to digitize and streamline the entire complaint lifecycle—from registration to resolution—ensuring greater transparency, accessibility, and real-time monitoring for citizens.
A PSCA spokesperson explained that this advanced system allows citizens to monitor the progress of their complaints 24/7. Immediately after FIR registration, complainants receive a WhatsApp notification containing the FIR download link, complaint e-tag number, and complete case details, ensuring they remain fully informed at every stage. Citizens can conveniently download their FIR from home and verify all relevant information.
To enhance accessibility further, complainants are provided with a username and password to check their complaint status online and submit feedback. This feedback mechanism is designed to improve service quality based on public input.
The spokesperson added that the system will significantly contribute to the timely resolution of complaints, reduce unnecessary delays, and strengthen public trust. Beyond benefiting complainants, it will also enhance institutional performance, monitoring, and accountability.
Through the Virtual Women Police Station (VWPS) portal, women can safely access legal guidance, register complaints, and follow up on cases from home. Additionally, under the Post-FIR Follow-up Service, regular contact is maintained with affected women to ensure timely assistance, guidance, and support.
Citizens can check the latest status of their complaints and submit feedback by visiting feedback.psca.gop.pk. For assistance via the Virtual Women Police Station, citizens may call Helpline-15 and select Option 2.
