Bajaur, 25 February 2026: Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi condemned an attack by terrorists targeting patrolling police in Bajaur. He expressed grief over the sacrifice of police personnel, assured the provision of best medical care to the injured, and prayed for their speedy recovery.
CM Afridi reaffirmed that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police remain at the forefront of counter-terrorism and that cowardly attacks cannot undermine their resolve. He pledged the provincial government’s full support to the families of the martyrs.
