Gwadar, Jan. 7: Deputy Commissioner Gwadar, Hamoodur Rehman, visited the Syed Zahoor Shah Hashmi Academy to assess the institution’s challenges and requirements. During his visit, he met with the academy’s chairman, Waja Ali Essa, and other members, and inspected various departments of the academy.

Rehman issued important directives regarding the academy’s repair and construction work and expressed his commitment to digitizing and solarizing the institution. He stated that the academy will be modernized to meet contemporary demands, just like the Syed Zahoor Shah Hashmi Digital Library, where construction work is underway.

The Deputy Commissioner announced that the inauguration ceremony of both the digital library and the academy will be held soon. The event will feature a special program dedicated to the life, literary contributions, and academic legacy of Syed Zahoor Shah Hashmi.
