Journey of development of Pakistan to begin from Balochistan, says Chief Minister
QUETTA: The Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has stated that the journey of development of Pakistan would start from Balochistan.
He said that the first right on the earning from Reko Dik is of the local people. He said that the Baloch youth should not inspire from the propaganda tools of the enemies of country.
The unemployment is not the issue of Balochistan only, rather it is the issue of whole country.
These views were expressed by the Chief Minister while speaking exclusively to a private TV channel on Monday.
He said that the local people would benefit from the Reko Dik project first of all. Especially, the people of Nokandi, Chaghai, Dalbandin and Rakhshan Division would directly benefit from the project.
He said that the provincial government has decided that the first right on the earnings from Reko Dik is of the people who live there in the area. He said that the investors from Saudi Arabia, UAE sand China are coming to Balochistan for investment.? He mentioned that an agreement has been made under public private partnership in Taftan.
He said that it is not an easy task to work on the development projects in Balochistan, but still the government is working on them despite the challenges. He said that the era of development would start soon in Balochistan. He said that it would be endeavoured to bring real picture of the province before the world.
