Reception Held in Honor of Newly Elected Office-Bearers of Sindhi Adabi Sangat, Tando Adam Branch
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) A reception was organized by the esteemed scholar and historian, Mr. Muhammad Saleh Waryah, at his village, Deen Muhammad Waryah, to honor the newly elected office-bearers of Sindhi Adabi Sangat, Tando Adam branch. The event was attended by notable figures from the literary and cultural circles.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Muhammad Saleh Waryah shed light on Sindh’s ancient history, culture, and heritage. He highlighted how Sindh’s archaeological sites have contributed to global knowledge and innovation. His address also included insightful information about various ethnic groups and their historical significance.
Sindhi Adabi Sangat Secretary, Mr. Akhlaq Waryah, emphasized the importance of Sindhi literature, stating that it holds a significant place in preserving the historical and cultural legacy of Sindh.
The gathering also paid homage to the martyrs of the Junejo community in Sanghar by offering prayers for their departed souls. Expressing sorrow over the tragic incident, participants called on the government to apprehend the culprits involved and ensure justice for the victims’ families.
