Chief Minister orders to take terrorists involved in Jaffar Express terrorism incident to task; says enemy elements can’t destroy peace of Balochistan; vows to foil nefarious designs anyway
QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti has categorically stated that no compromise would be made on the law and order in the province and said that stringent decisions are unavoidable in view of the prevailing situation.
He ordered to the concerned authorities to take the terrorists involved in the Jaffar Express terrorism act to task.
He said that the enemy elements can’t destroy peace of the province and adding he pledged to foil their nefarious designs in this regard.
The Chief Minister was presiding over a high level meeting on law and order situation here at the CM’s secretariat on Wednesday.
The meeting attended by the Chief Secretary Balochistan, Shakeel Qadir Khan, Inspector General of Police, Moazzam Jah Ansari, besides other concerned high ups focused particularly on the terrorists attack at the Jaffar Express in Kachchi district.
The Additional Chief Secretary Home Zahid Saleem briefed about the incident of attack at Jaffar Express. He also shared the details about preliminary investigations of the incident besides security measures adopted so far.
Addressing the meeting, Chief Minister said that the attack on Jaffar Express is intolerable, and as such adding he ordered to take strict action against the terrorists.
He said that the terrorists can’t stay occupation on even one inch land of the province.
He said that the objective behind such terrorism acts is to create impression of violent environment.
However, the state would not let the terrorist elements succeed in their nefarious designs.
He said that the dream of weakening of the country by terrorists can’t be materialized. He said that the time has come to fight against terrorism wholeheartedly out of every kind of confusion. He also asserted to foil every attempt of destroying peace of the province anyway and the enemies would be defeated at every front, he added.
He issued standing directives to the concerned authorities to provide all resources for protection of the life and property of the masses.
