Prime Minister’s Coordinator Ikhtiyar Wali Khan Visits PID Peshawar, Appreciates Media’s Role

Peshawar: Prime Minister of Pakistan’s Coordinator for Information Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Ikhtiyar Wali Khan, visited the Press Information Department (PID) Peshawar. On this occasion, PID Peshawar Incharge, Muhammad Hanif, gave him a detailed briefing on the department’s performance and media-related matters.

Ikhtiyar Wali Khan acknowledged the vital role of the media, stating that it serves as an effective bridge between the government and the public. He emphasized that all possible measures would be taken to address the concerns of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s people and media.

During the visit, the Prime Minister’s Coordinator inspected various sections of the office and reviewed the arrangements. He appreciated the efforts of the PID staff and assured that the government would extend full support in promoting press freedom and positive journalism.
