Maiden meeting of Young Parliamentary Forum: Ravi Pahuja, Zarin Khan Magsi elected as President, General Secretary of YPF respectively

QUETTA: The young members of provincial assembly, Ravi Pahuja and Zarin Khan Magsi were elected as President and General Secretary of Young Parliamentary Forum (YPF) respectively.
The election of these and other office bearers was held unanimously in the maiden meeting of YPF held at the committee room of provincial assembly here on Tuesday.
The election of young parliamentarians for different posts of YPF was held in light of its constitutional structure.
While Ravi Pahuja and Zarin Khan Magsi were elected as the President and General Secretary of YPF, Obaidullah Gorgej and Mir Jahanzaib Mengal were elected as the senior Vice President and Vice President of the Forum respectively.
Similarly, Ms. Salma Bibi and Sanjay Kumar were elected as the Finance Secretary and Information Secretary respectively.
During the course of meeting, all the young parliamentarians vow to make the Forum an effective platform for highlighting the issues and resolving the same.
The structure of YPF would include the general body, elected board and committees to be formed for working on the education, health, youth affairs and parliamentary reforms.
Speaking on the occasion, newly elected President Ravi Pahuja said that the establishment of YPF would be an important development for upbringing of young leadership and promotion of inter-party cooperation.
