Speed up repatriation of immigrants: Mutual coordination among provincial departments on repatriation of immigrants crucial, says CS

QUETTA: The Chief Secretary Shakeel Qadir Khan has emphasized that the mutual coordination among provincial departments is very crucial on the repatriation of illegal immigrants and the Afghan Citizen Card holders.
He directed to the district administration to make arrangements for sending the illegal immigrants back to their country after identifying them through home visits.
While it is a national policy to repatriate the illegal immigrants to their country, so it is responsibility of everyone to implement it.
The Chief Secretary also directed to expedite the process of repatriation of the illegal immigrants and submit report on the daily basis in this regard.
The Chief Secretary was presiding over the meeting about honourable repatriation of the illegal immigrants and ACC holders here on Tuesday.
The meeting reviewed arrangements made for the volunteer repatriation of ACC holders by provincial government.
The Chief Secretary was briefed about the process of repatriation of illegal immigrants and ACC holders to their country.
