Circulation and Dissemination of ADP 2025–26The Gilgit-Baltistan Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2025–26 presents a fiscally responsible and results-driven development framework. The plan targets 617 development schemes worth over Rs. 32 billion, including 531 infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing public service delivery across the region.The primary challenge ahead is the effective implementation, timely execution, and quality assurance of both targeted and remaining ongoing schemes. The plan underscores the importance of rigorous scrutiny of PC-Is, compliance with laid down planning commission guidelines and adoption of evidence-based approaches to ensure meaningful socio-economic investments.Prepared under the strategic guidance of the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, the ADP reflects a strong commitment to inclusive growth and long-term regional development. To promote digital governance and environmental responsibility, only a limited number of printed copies will be circulated, while the complete ADP document is available online at https://pnd.gog.pk/ADP.In addition, the automation and digitization of development processes are being advanced to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability. The successful execution of the ADP 2025–26 now hinges on the collaborative efforts of all implementing departments, technical stakeholders, and oversight bodies.
